From the workshop in the Veneto into your room
Large furniture does not travel by parcel service. We deliver by specialist furniture carrier, as a rule into the room where the piece is to stand, on request with assembly and removal of the packaging.
Lead time
The pieces are made after you order: usually eight to twelve weeks, longer for elaborate finishes. You receive a confirmation with the expected date as soon as the manufacturer names it, and a call to arrange the delivery before the lorry sets off.
Delivery
We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the rest of the EU. Freight costs depend on volume and destination and are shown in the basket; if several pieces travel together, we calculate them together.
Preparing for delivery
Before ordering, please check the staircase, lift and door widths, particularly for display cabinets over two metres tall and for wardrobes. If access is tight, tell us in advance: much can be delivered dismantled.
Returns
Returned goods go to our warehouse, not to the registered office: Demotex International GmbH · Warehouse, Schlachthofstraße 8, 42651 Solingen. For carrier goods, please arrange collection with us in advance so that the carrier can be given a date.
After delivery
Solid wood moves. Fine movement in the veneer or a slight darkening of the finish is not a defect but a property of the material. If something stands out, send us a photo within a few days and we will settle it directly with the workshop.
