§ 1 Scope
The following conditions apply to all orders placed through this shop. Your contracting party is:

§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking “order with obligation to pay” you place a binding order. The contract comes into effect with our order confirmation or with the dispatch of the goods.

§ 3 Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT, plus shipping costs, which are shown before the order is completed.

§ 4 Payment
The payment methods offered during the ordering process apply.

§ 5 Delivery and delivery time
All furniture is built in Italy after you order it. Delivery usually takes 8 to 12 weeks and the date is given to you after the order confirmation. Delivery is by furniture carrier to the kerbside; carrying the piece into the home and assembling it are not included.

§ 6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid for in full.

§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; details are set out in the withdrawal policy.

§ 8 Warranty
Statutory liability for defects applies. Solid wood moves: slight variations in colour, grain and dimensions are inherent in the material and are not defects.
