Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (for example a letter or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your notice before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choosing a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, including the carrier charges for items sent by furniture carrier.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specification or clearly tailored to personal needs. Because our furniture is built for you in the finish you choose, this may apply to bespoke orders; we point this out during the ordering process.
