Shipping policy

Delivery time
Every piece of furniture is built after you order it. Delivery usually takes 8 to 12 weeks, longer for elaborate finishes. We give you the expected date once we have confirmed your order.

Method of delivery
All pieces travel by furniture carrier, kerbside delivery. Carrying the piece into the home and assembling it are not part of the delivery. The date is agreed with you by telephone beforehand.

Shipping costs
The cost depends on the freight weight of the consignment and is shown in the basket. You will find the full table under “Shipping costs”.

Delivery area
We deliver worldwide, except to countries to which export is not legally permitted. Within the EU, prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Deliveries outside the EU are tax-free export deliveries; customs duty, import VAT and any other import charges of the destination country are borne by the recipient. For remote destinations, islands and difficult access we obtain a carrier quotation before confirming the order and agree it with you.
